a. The LMS may allow you to access and view educational content, including but not limited to courses, lectures, videos, and quizzes (“Content”). 5. Fees and Payment

12. Changes to Terms
a. Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the LMS after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Default Signature Clause
In the event that a client does not provide a signature during the acceptance process of the contract generated by the LMS 4 Students system, the contract will automatically include a default signature. This default signature will serve as confirmation of acceptance of the terms outlined in the contract by the client. By accessing or using the LMS 4 Students platform, the client acknowledges and agrees that the default signature constitutes a legally binding acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the contract. The default signature is generated by the system to streamline the acceptance process and ensure timely execution of contracts. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the terms of the contract and provide a personalized signature if desired. However, failure to do so will not invalidate the contract, and the default signature will be considered as evidence of acceptance by the client. Should the client wish to dispute the terms of the contract, they must notify LMS 4 Students in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
